Irina Petrovna Aronova Born on August 5, 1957, in the city of Svetly, Kaliningrad Region, Russian Federation.
Education
- 2000 Graduated from A. Baitursynov Kostanay State University, degree in Law (Lawyer).

- 1977-1984 Methodologist at the Naurzum District House of Culture.
- 1984-1985 Inspector at the Naurzum District Department of Culture.
- 1985-1987 Local Radio Broadcasting Organizer for Naurzum District.
- 1987-1992 Chair of the Committee on Culture, Head of the Department of Culture of Naurzum District.
- 1992-1998 Deputy Head of Administration / Deputy Akim of Naurzum District.
- 1998-2007 Executive Director of the Kostanay Regional Fund for Supporting Low-Income Citizens.
