These methodological guidelines have been developed to create conditions for organizing the educational process for students with special educational needs (SEN) at the Non-Profit Joint-Stock Company Akhmet Baitursynuly Kostanay Regional University. They are based on the provisions of the Inclusive Education Model, as well as on the methodological recommendations of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the National Center for Higher Education Development titled “Implementation and Practical Application of the Inclusive Education Model in Higher and Postgraduate Education Institutions.”

Particular attention is given to the application of behavioral approaches in the work of a behavioral psychologist supporting children with ASD, covering the full continuum from psychodiagnostic assessment to corrective and developmental intervention.

The program is aimed at creating conditions for the successful inclusion of students with disabilities in the university educational environment and preventing secondary maladjustment. The content focuses on implementing a strategy to prevent adaptation difficulties through the development of mechanisms of social adaptation and social integration of students with disabilities, considering these as the foundational basis for their successful inclusion in the university environment.
