Nikita Lensky, a third-year student of the educational program 6B07203 – Technology of Food and Processing Industries at the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences, represented the university in a competition that brought together students from higher education institutions across Kazakhstan.
His research project, entitled “The Influence of Flour Improvers on the Quality Characteristics of Bakery Products,” was highly recognized by the competition committee.
The student's academic supervisors were Anzor Saidov and Dmitry Kalitka, Senior Lecturers of the Department of Food Safety and Biotechnology.
As a result, the research work submitted by KRU was recommended for the First-Degree Diploma of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
