Scientists of the Kostanay Regional University named after A. Baitursynov also took part in the All-Russian Scientific Conference "FOURTEENTH BAKUNIN READINGS", dedicated to the discussion of the general topic "Industrial modernization of the Urals in the XVIII-XXI centuries".
The organizers of this scientific forum were the Ural Federal University named after the first President of Russia B.N. Yeltsin, the Institute of History and Archaeology of the Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
Within the framework of the conference, the most significant issues of the history of the development of industry in Russia and the Urals, the reasons for the transformations in the country's economies, their significance and consequences were discussed; the influence of internal and external factors on the development of industry.
In section No 3 "The USSR and the Urals in the period of industrialization of the 1920s-1930s", the director of the Institute of Economics and Finance, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences Alibek Tabuldenov made a report on the topic: "The role of the deported population in the economic development of Northern Kazakhstan in the 30-40s of the twentieth century".
