Among the speakers at the event was Akzhan Altybayeva, Chair of the Council of Mothers of Kostanay Region and Senior Lecturer at the Department of Philology and Practical Linguistics of Baitursynuly University.
Congratulating the servicemen on the successful completion of their military service, Akzhan Bakhitzhanovna emphasized that military service is an important school of courage, discipline, responsibility, and patriotism, helping young people strengthen their character and become worthy citizens of their country.
Particular attention in her address was devoted to opportunities for further education. She noted that, at the initiative of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, citizens who have successfully completed their compulsory military service are now eligible to pursue higher education through state-funded scholarships.
