The large-scale event brings together delegations from Kazakhstan and South Korea and is expected to give new impetus to cooperation between the two countries across a wide range of sectors.
With the support of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kostanay Regional University is representing the region in the field of automotive engineering.
Today, an important milestone for KRU was reached in Seoul. During the 14th Meeting of the Kazakhstan-Korea Business Council, an agreement was signed between Baitursynuly University and Dong-Eui University.
The two universities have already established a strong partnership. The new agreement will take their cooperation to the next level, with a particular focus on the application of artificial intelligence in mechanical and automotive engineering—an area of growing importance both today and in the future.
Plans include joint projects, internships, and the exchange of expertise. In addition, a joint Artificial Intelligence Laboratory for the Automotive Industry will be established at KRU.
Baitursynuly University continues to expand its international partnerships and strengthen its academic and research capacity. As the Rector emphasized, the university’s primary goal is to prepare highly qualified specialists capable of competing at the international level.
