Today, at the A. Baitursynov Kostanay Regional University, an international scientific-practical conference titled "Alash follower Seydazim Kadyrbay: his legacy, heritage, and entrepreneurship" was held in honor of one of the reformers of the judicial system of the Alashorda government, Seydazim Kadyrbay.
Seydazim Kadyrbay - our compatriot, was born in 1883 in the village of Turgay of the Kostanay district. A well-known political and public figure, popular teacher, professional lawyer in Kazakhstan, he took part in the development of the Kazakh constitution and all significant political moments in Kazakhstan's fate during the pre-revolutionary period. He was in the leadership of the Alashorda party and was a highly educated person in his time. He studied at the University of Dresden and later taught at Orenburg University.
At the conference, guests from Turkey, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Kazakhstani alashologists, historians, legal scholars, and descendants of the public figure participated.
During the event, a presentation of his work collection titled "Fair Law" and the book "Alash Lawmaker" was held.
A special issue of the Turkish magazine "Kardeş kalemler", dedicated to Seydazim Kadyrbay, was also presented to the conference guests.
Scientists who participated in the conference talked about the life of our countryman, lawyer-translator, and the contribution of Seydazim Kadyrbay to the establishment of Kazakh law and jurisprudence science.
