A high distinction—the “Akhmet Baitursynuly” badge—was awarded to Sulu Shunayeva, Head of the Department of Theory of State and Law, for her significant contribution to the development of the humanities.
For her substantial contribution to the implementation of language policy and active work in advancing the linguistic sphere, Mira Muratkyzy, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Philology and Practical Linguistics, was awarded the badge “For Contribution to the Development of the Native Language.”
A number of faculty members also received honorary diplomas “Excellence in Science,” as well as certificates of honor and letters of appreciation from the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Special recognition was also given at the regional level: university staff were awarded certificates of honor by the Akim of Kostanay Region, Kumar Aksakalov.
