Employees and teachers at Baitursynuly University were briefed on the rules for forming the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve.
This year will see the fourth selection process.
Nurlykhan Temirbekov, Vice-Rector for Social and Educational Work at KRU, explained the selection rules to his colleagues.
A distinctive feature of the fourth selection is a proportional approach. Quotas will be set for each sector of the Reserve, and selection will be conducted only for the relevant sector.
General requirements for candidates:
Three selection rounds have been held so far. Of the 400 people enrolled in the Reserve, 318 work in government agencies and other organizations, i.e., 80% are EMPLOYED.
The goal of the selection process is to attract talented, proactive, and innovative young people to the ranks of civil servants.
