The forum was held in Shymkent and aimed to bring together digital initiatives from across the country, serving as a national platform for the development of technology, innovation, and artificial intelligence.
Baitursynuly University was represented at the large-scale event by Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Elmira Nauryzbayeva.
She noted that the forum is planned to be hosted in different cities across the country, with Kostanay among the potential host cities.
Holding the forum in various regions reflects the concept of digital nomadism—mobility, exchange of experience and knowledge, and the exploration of new opportunities.
Thus, Digital Qazaqstan is becoming a unifying platform where Kazakhstan’s regions are integrated into a single national digital ecosystem.
As part of the forum, a startup exhibition was held, where Baitursynuly University presented two projects:
The forum is expected to contribute to the development of digital literacy, support for young talents, advancement of GovTech and digital public administration, promotion of startups, innovation growth, and business support.
