The Department of Journalism and Communication Management of Kostanay Regional University named after A.Baitursynov invites students and teachers of colleges and universities to participate in the republican festival of short documentary films Közqaras.
Our goal is to tell about documentaries as much as possible and to exchange experience in shaping the directions of documentary cinema.
Within the framework of the festival, it is planned to hold a competition of student short documentaries, training workshops for contestants from journalists and documentarians.
