For comfortable living, there are rooms for 2-3 people equipped with necessary furniture, arranged in sections with separate bathrooms. There are nine utility rooms-kitchens, two shower rooms, a laundry room with modern automatic washing machines, and an ironing room equipped with everything necessary. There is also a computer lab with internet access, a lounge with a TV, and fresh press.

Good conditions are provided: bright and cozy rooms for 2-3 people with necessary furniture, utility rooms-kitchens, laundry rooms, ironing rooms, and shower rooms. On the first floor, there is a reading room connected to the internet, Wi-Fi, and a cozy lounge decorated in a national style; on the second floor, there is a mini conference room for student council meetings; on the third floor, there is a room equipped for table tennis. On the fourth and fifth floors, there are also study rooms.

Living in the dormitory allows students to attend dance ensemble and dombra ensemble classes. The dormitory also houses the student theater "Shanyrak." This enables the student council to organize various events, such as celebrations for International Women's Day, Nauryz, Defender of the Fatherland Day, and competitions like "Best Room," "Best Floor," sports competitions, as well as team-building, adaptation to environmental conditions, and interethnic tolerance development training.

The dormitory provides all necessary conditions for student living: it has a buffet, an assembly hall, reading rooms on the 2nd, 3rd, and 5th floors, and a computer room. The assembly hall hosts recreational evenings, contests, quizzes, and discos. In the reading room and computer lab, students prepare for classes and hold various competitions. The first floor features shower rooms, a laundry room with five washing machines, and an ironing room. Each floor has utility rooms equipped with electric stoves, cutting tables, sinks with hot and cold water (two utility rooms per floor).
