Personal Growth Training for Students

At the Center for Psychology and Inclusive Education of Baitursynuly University, a personal growth training session was held for first-year students of the Marketing and Advertising program on the topic: “Self-Sabotage.”

The main focus of the training was on uncovering personal potential and becoming aware of one’s own resources and capabilities.

During the session, students participated in exercises aimed at reflecting on important life goals and understanding obstacles that hinder their achievement. Everyone has a tendency to unconsciously undermine their own plans. Recognizing and understanding this inner “saboteur” is key to personal development.

Through the exercises, students worked on transforming negative beliefs into constructive attitudes, drafted action plans for achieving their goals, and identified strengths, opportunities, and resources to help reach important life objectives. The training concluded with an exercise focused on practicing positive communication skills.
