From January 4th to 6th, 2023, the KRU held traditional sports competitions among the faculty and staff of the university.
On January 4th, the streetball championship took place, with 5 men's and 3 women's teams participating. The results of these games are as follows: among the men's teams, the AUP team took 1st place, the men's team from the ITI took 2nd, and the SCI team rounded out the top three.
Among the women's teams, the Pedagogical Institute team emerged as the best, followed by the SCI team, and the IE&P team came in third.
Next, on January 5th, futsal competitions were held, with only men's teams participating. In this competition, the AUP team also took first place, followed by the Pedagogical Institute team in second, and the Engineering and Technical Institute team in third.
Today, volleyball competitions took place, with 5 mixed teams participating. The placements here were distributed as follows: 1st place – Pedagogical Institute, 2nd place – AUP, 3rd place – Engineering and Technical Institute
The competitions were held at a high organizational level, with all teams fighting hard for victory. The winners and prize winners were awarded diplomas. The competitions do not end there; other sports events will be held throughout the academic year, and the winners will be awarded cash prizes from the trade union committee.
