The elective course “Psychologist for Yourself” has been conducted regularly since the beginning of the academic year and is designed for students of various years and specialties. The topic of the latest session of the “Psychologist for Yourself” group at the Practical Psychology Center was “Boosting Self-Esteem and Self-Confidence.”
The course aims to equip students with knowledge and skills to act more effectively in everyday life and solve daily challenges. This personal development program helps cultivate an optimistic outlook, plan for the future, and reveal individual potential. Various formats are used during sessions, including workshops, creative labs, reflective exercises, and communication training.
Participation in the psychological group is voluntary, so all students are highly motivated for active engagement and personal growth. They receive valuable information on the topic, energy from collaboration and empathy, and practical exercises to overcome negative thinking and irrational beliefs.
At the end of each session, participants complete a feedback form to express their feelings, opinions, and suggestions about the session.
The group remains open to all students, and interested participants are still welcome to join upcoming sessions.
