The Center for Practical Psychology has developed an elective course “A Psychologist for Yourself” for students of various years and specialties. The course aims to provide students with tools to act more effectively in daily life and solve everyday challenges.
The course is led by Tatiana Voloshina, a professional practical psychologist with a master’s degree, who ensures a safe atmosphere, productive sessions, and personal growth for all participants.
Group meetings are held regularly at the university, where participants choose what personal information to share, allowing them to maintain full anonymity or be completely open with the group.
The most recent session focused on the topic “The Practice of Fulfilling Wishes”. Taking place during the pre-holiday period, it is an ideal time for setting life goals, understanding one’s abilities and interests, and developing a sense of independence and maturity.
Participants noted that the training helps them better understand the laws of life, recognize their strengths and individuality, look to the future, and find personal meaning.
Despite the busy exam period, the session was warm and engaging for students.
Students interested in joining the group can register by calling +7 777 276 0674.
The university hopes that every student seeking valuable insights and support will find time to participate in this elective course.
