On April 1, the Department of Preschool and Primary Education held a final conference on the production traineeship of 4th-year OP "Preschool education and Training" students. Students made reports on their practical training in kindergartens No. 44 and No. 15 in Kostanay. Deputy Director of the Pedagogical Institute for Career and Employment Zhamanguzova N. A., Head of the Department of DiNO Li E. D. spoke at the event. Despite the fact that the traineeship was held in a remote format, the student trainees used a variety of methods and technologies in preparing classes such as they conducted video classes, interactive games, individual online consultations. The training was carried out on the platforms of the WhatsApp messenger, the Zoom conference, and on their own Youtube channels. Feedback was well established with parents who sent photos and video reports of children's tasks.
The head of the traineeship Baizhanova S. A. noted Tugaeva Elvira, Sarsenbayeva Indira, Kazez Duman, Iskakova Diana. Teachers of the department Kapitanets U. V. and Ageeva A. A. recommended to plan for students of the 1st and 2nd courses a webinar and a training course for conducting classes using information technologies.
The conference participants noted the high efficiency of the event and the prospects for employment of future graduates.
