The dissertation was carried out at the Department of Veterinary Medicine in the immunobiological laboratory of the Research Institute of Applied Biotechnology of our university. Experimental and clinical studies with animals were carried out on the basis of the livestock enterprise "Ak-kuduk" LLP in the Kostanay region, as well as in the veterinary clinic of large animals of the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences (Kaunas, Lithuania).
Pharmacokinetic studies of analgesic drugs were carried out in the Laboratory of Pharmacology and Toxicology of the Veterinary School of the University of Pisa (Pisa, Italy). Members of the Dissertation Council and official reviewers gave positive feedback on the relevance, novelty, theoretical and practical level of the dissertation, which influenced the unanimous decision to apply to the Committee for Quality Assurance in Education and Science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan to award the doctoral student the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in the specialty 6D120100 – Veterinary Medicine. Recall that in January 2020, a dissertation council was opened at the A. Baitursynov KRU.
Being the first in the region, the dissertation council acquires special significance and opens up new prospects for the university. Our university has been granted the right to conduct state scientific certification. This means that not only employees of our university, but also applicants for academic degrees from other cities and abroad will be able to defend doctoral dissertations in our university.
The work of the Dissertation Council always leads to an improvement in interaction between scientists, an increase in the exchange of ideas, methods, and the emergence of new connections and contacts. All these processes develop science, make it possible to form new scientific schools, which means that A. Baitursynov KRU has moved to a qualitatively new stage in the development of science.
Congratulations to Zulkyya Bakhytbekovna on the successful defense of her doctoral dissertation!
