"Methodology, theory and practice of modern biology" - this was the title of the V International Scientific and Practical Conference of Students and Young Scientists, organized by the Department of Biology and Ecology of the Agrarian and Technical Institute of Kostanay State University named after A. Baitursynov.
The main goal of the conference is to promote the mutual intellectual enrichment of countries, regions, scientific, pedagogical and research teams.
In 6 sections of the international conference, topical issues of methodology, theory and practice of modern biology, zoology, botany and plant physiology are discussed. The issues of anatomy and physiology of humans and animals were considered, trends and prospects for the development of molecular biology and genetics were discussed. In addition, reports on the problems of human relations with the environment were heard, issues of methods of teaching biology at the present stage were discussed.
The conference was attended by more than 130 representatives of universities and research organizations from the cities of Kazakhstan, near and far abroad. Among the participants are the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University (Almaty, Kazakhstan); L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University (Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan); Kazakh Agrarian University named after S. Seifullin (Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan). Scientists from Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Belarus, Ukraine and Poland took part in the conference in absentia.
At the end of each section of the conference, certificates were awarded for the best reports on the topics of scientific research in the field of modern biology.
Based on the results of the conference, a collection of articles will be published with an ISBN number assigned to it. The electronic version of the collection will be posted in the on-line library of A. Baitursynov KSU and in the Republican Interuniversity Electronic Library (RMES) of Kazakhstan.
