Today, in the morning, a webinar was held on the topic "Coaching technologies in the work of a psychologist", moderated by Associate Professor of the Department of Psychology and Pedagogy Lyazzat Urdabayeva and Head of the Laboratory of Innovative and Educational Technologies of Educational and Methodological Management Saule Aitkuzhinova.
The webinar was held on the ZOOM platform, and more than 40 people took part in it - teachers of schools in the region, teachers, doctoral students, undergraduates. During the seminar, L. Urdabaeva revealed the essence of the concept of coaching, types of coaching and the philosophy of coaching. With the help of coaching, you can regulate your psycho-emotional state, especially now, when everyone is in quarantine.
At the end of the webinar, the moderator noted the need for teachers to master the tools of coaching and outlined the prospects for the use of coaching. This is especially relevant, according to L. Urdabaeva, in the current conditions for all teachers.
