In September 2020, within the framework of the International Project "History. Memory. People", the X-th Anniversary International Scientific and Practical Historical Conference dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War and the 25th anniversary of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan was held.
The organizers of the Conference are the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan, the Archive of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Euro-Asian Jewish Congress and the Association of Jewish National Organizations of Kazakhstan "Mitzvah".
The materials of this conference reflect the issues and problems related to the evacuation and refugees during the Second World War to Kazakhstan, the countries of Central Asia and Western Siberia (the fate of refugees, evacuated people, industrial facilities, cultural institutions, hospitals) and no less significant topic - "The history of the Jews of Central Asia and Western Siberia".
The conference was attended by Deputy Director of the Institute of Economics and Law named after P. Chuzhinov, Master of Humanities Oral Takirov. The topic of his report is "Health care of the Kostanay region during the Great Patriotic War". And today Oral Takirov received a collection and a letter of gratitude. As well as an invitation to take part in the XI International Scientific and Practical Historical Conference, which will be held in September 2022.
