Comprehensive integration of the university as an equal partner in the world educational space, improving the quality of education and scientific training of personnel are the goal of internationalization of education at Kostanay Regional University named after A. Baitursynov.
One of the main indicators of increasing the internationalization of educational and scientific processes is the involvement of foreign professors from leading foreign universities to give lectures, develop joint educational programs, conduct scientific research, supervise our PhD students as foreign scientific supervisors, and participate in scientific events.
Kostanay Regional University named after A. Baitursynov has been participating in the program to attract foreign scientists from the republican budget since 2018, more than 15 scientists from near and far abroad took part in it. The Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan announced the opening of a program in 2022 to attract foreign scientists from the republican budget.
At the end of the scientist's stay, a report is drawn up in the form of a table "Information on foreign scientists attracted at the expense of the republican budget". In order to explain how to fill it out, the Department of International Relations and Recruitment of International Students organized an online meeting with directors of institutes, heads of departments and those responsible for internationalization.
