Today, the Institute of Economics and Law, comprising 9 departments, held an Open Doors Day, inviting college students and high school seniors from both city and district schools. In total, the institute offers 29 undergraduate, master's, and doctoral programs. When speaking about their university, students emphasized not only the prospects but also the opportunities for student leisure at the university. Specifically, they have the chance to travel to Turkey, the Czech Republic, Poland, and Russia under the academic mobility program, and they can also study in multilingual groups. Furthermore, a military department has been operating at KRU since 2016.
The applicants were also told about famous graduates of the university: Mayor of the city Marat Zhundubayev, President of Agromashholding KZ JSC Dinara Shukizhanova, General Director of Zhas-Kanat 2006 LLP Kairat Maishev and others.
At the end of the presentation of all departments, interested graduates were given a guided tour.
