Faculty members of the Department of Agricultural Machinery and Transport at Kostanay Regional University named after A. Baytursynuly, within the framework of the existing agreement to establish a scientific and educational consortium in mechanical engineering, underwent professional training at AgromashHolding KZ JSC. Here, at the enterprise, for 10 days, the faculty members completed a course on "Modern Methods of Designing, Assembling, and Testing Tractors and Agricultural Machinery."
Before the start of the professional internship, all 14 teachers received safety instructions and initial training directly at the workplace. Training took place in the mechanical workshop, blanking and pressing area, as well as in the assembly shop and technical control department. Heads of the plant's structural units were responsible for organizing workplaces on the production floor.
During the internship, faculty members familiarized themselves with the assembly and painting processes of agricultural machinery, conducted factory tests of tractors and combines of the "LOVOL" brand produced by AgromashHolding KZ JSC. Therefore, the interns witnessed the production process and practically saw that these tractors passed the test, working with mounted and trailed equipment, including excavators, front loaders, various agricultural tools for soil cultivation, and crop harvesting.
The completed internship will not only enhance the level of professional qualifications of teachers, which will certainly be reflected in the educational process, but also contribute to strengthening the cooperation between the university and the enterprise.
At the end of the internship, all teachers received certificates from the Training and Development Center at AgromashHolding KZ JSC.
