Stanislav Zavorotny, a second-year student majoring in Agronomy, was selected to receive the Ramazan Tleof grant.
Ramazan Tleof, after whom the grant is named, was a scientist - agronomist, who made a great contribution to the development of agriculture in the Kostanay region, had many awards. Relatives of Ramazan Dyusembayevich, in memory of their beloved and close person, established a personal grant for students of KRU named after A. Baitursynov last year. Let us recall that according to the family council, every year one of the students majoring in agronomy will study at the expense of the Tleof family.
Stanislav's brother Zhaksylyk Tleof came to present the grant and told about his brother's work and life. In turn, Stanislav's brother Maxim, who graduated from our university in the same specialty and is already successfully working in his profession, came to congratulate him.
The selection of students began last year. A total of 11 applications were submitted. When considering candidates, such criteria as good academic performance, personal achievements, and the student's social status were taken into account.
