The Baitursynuly University team took part in the 17th Republican Subject Olympiad in the discipline "Theory and Methodology of Physical Education"
The competition was held from April 16 to 18 in Shymkent and brought together students of the educational program "Training of Physical Education Teachers".
KRU was represented by the head of the department of theory and practice of physical education and sports Gulfiya Safargalieva, senior lecturer of the department Didar Zhumekenova and, of course, our student-athletes.
22 teams from universities of the country took part in the Olympiad. The program consisted of three stages. According to the results of the competition, the KRU team took 2nd place in the overall standings.
