Professor Ekaterina Todorova from Bulgaria conducted an ecological seminar at Baitursynuly University for students, teachers, and employers.

A scientist from the University of Forestry shared the experience of implementing the "Composting - the Key to Circular Economy" project in Sofia.

Ekaterina Todorova is a part of the state program "Visiting Foreign Scientists" and teaches at Baitursynuly University. Nauryzbek Birmagambetov, Chairman of the “Neco Ecological Club”public foundation, shared insights about the specific environmental challenges in Kostanay. He presented the outcomes of the project "Implementation of separate waste collection through environmental education and point projects in educational institutions", which involved both our students and school students.

 In addition, the seminar guests had the opportunity to explore the exhibition featuring scientific, educational, and methodological works of the teaching staff from the Department of Natural Sciences at KRU.

Furthermore, all participants were awarded attendance certificates.
