Qostanai EdFuture: Let's create together!

The regional pedagogical forum became a center for discussion of the most pressing issues, initiatives, and joint decisions of the region's educators.

The traditional Pedagogical Forum was held today at the U. Sultanqazyn Pedagogical Institute of the KRU. Its theme was "Qostanai EdFuture: Creating together!" The organizers were the KRU named after Akhmet Baitursynuly and the Education Department of the Kostanay Region.

The Forum was attended by representatives of the education department, heads of city and district departments, heads of preschool educational institutions, university professors and teachers, school principals, and teachers from the region.

The forum is designed as a unique professional platform for bringing together teachers, administrators, methodologists, scientists, and experts in the field of education with the aim of inspiring, exchanging best practices, and jointly designing the future of the region's education system.

The idea is to organize a meeting of all participants in the educational process in the Kostanay region, not only to exchange experiences, but also to interact and develop areas for joint action to improve the quality of teacher training. The forum focuses on the values of the teacher of the future: creativity, flexibility, digital literacy, empathy, inclusion, and the ability to learn throughout life.

The format of the event was unconventional. First, participants were invited to socialize and exchange ideas as part of the pedagogical café "Continuity in education: from standard to result."

Then, discussion platforms on the most relevant topics began to operate.

The AI Digital Workshop "Digital Intelligence in Education: Transformation Workshop" helped strengthen skills in creating interactive assignments, quests, and tests.

The pedagogical laboratory "LabClass: Let's Explore Together!" brought together university professors and school teachers to analyze open lessons in the Lesson Study format.

There was also the pedagogical case arena "Get Involved: Inclusion in Action!" and the TED Talks conference "How to Achieve Quality Training for Future Teachers!"

The event concluded with a job fair, where participants could look for valuable personnel.

At the plenary session, participants summed up the results and noted the high effectiveness of the Forum format for educators in the region.
