The faculty members of the Department of Economics and Finance at the P. Chuzhinov Institute of Economics and Law took part online in the International Scientific and Practical Round Table on "Modern Practices in Human Resource Management." The event was organized by the Department of Economics and Management at K. Zhubanov Aktobe Regional University.
The round table was attended by the foreign scientists: the Director of the Technopark of Gazi University, Associate Professor, PhD Tugrul Imer (Ankara, Turkey), the Professor of the Department of Sociology at Ankara University Hajji Bayram Vali PhD Osman Shimshek (Ankara, Turkey), Associate Professor of the Department of Management at the Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University, PhD Nazhudinova Seyil Saparbekovna (Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan).
The Head of the Department Dina Kenzhebekova (PhD in Economics) and the Professor Nalima Sartanova (PhD in Economics) jointly presented a report on "Human Capital Management in Modern Conditions."
During the discussion, the participants addressed the key issues in human capital management within the context of globalization and modern economic challenges.
