Baitursynuly University recently hosted an open practical session on the subject of "Psychology" with the topic of “Individual Typological Characteristics of Personality.”
The session was conducted by Zarina Omarova, a lecturer at the Department of Psychology, alongside with students from "History" and "History & Social Studies" educational programs.
The session was also attended by Aina Rakhmatulina, a Senior Lecturer and Master of Pedagogical Sciences ща the Department of Psychology.
During the session, the concepts of “temperament,” “character,” and “abilities” were introduced, and their interrelations were discussed, along with the characteristics of different temperament types and their behavioral influence.
Students then tried to put theory into practice by analyzing how their personal traits affect their learning process and the development of professional skills. They also considered taking these traits into account when choosing a career or during their studies.
The students noted that the session was productive, as understanding one’s own passions and strengths is key to successful career growth.
