For a week now, KRU teachers, namely the Department of Biology, Ecology and Chemistry Gulzhan Kazkenova, Zaida Zhokusheva and Gulzat Zhetpisbay have been undergoing an international scientific internship at the Novosibirsk State Pedagogical University.
During the internship, in addition to gaining additional experience, our delegation, together with colleagues, is negotiating further prospects for scientific and creative cooperation between the two universities.
The main goal of the trip is to implement the international scientific research project “Research into the current state of the fauna and bird population of the Central Asian flyway in the Baraba forest-steppe and Kostanay steppe of Northern Eurasia.”
The head of the scientific internship was Sergei Solovyov, Doctor of Biological Sciences, Professor of the Department of Biology and Ecology at the Novosibirsk State Pedagogical University.
Also, within the framework of the cooperation agreement, not only teachers, but also our students-ecologists arrived in Novosibirsk. Here the guys undergo industrial practice at the Institute of Systematics and Ecology of Animals of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences, which, we hope, will become an invaluable experience for them.
