As part of the National Awareness Day of the Erasmus+ DECIDE project, “Development of Services for Persons with Disabilities”, Baitursynuly University held advisory sessions on the topic “We Are Equal, We Are Different, We Are Together” for students from 1st to 4th year.
The sessions aimed to raise awareness about inclusion and promote understanding of diversity among students.
The main goal of the online advisory session was to promote understanding of issues related to disability, mobilize support for the protection of dignity, ensure rights, and improve the quality of life for people with disabilities.
As a result, the session increased students’ awareness of the challenges faced by people with disabilities and fostered a positive attitude, patience, and tolerance, contributing to the development of inclusive education at the university.
