The new academic year at Baitursynuly University began with a meeting attended by international professors.
Rector Seitbek Kuanyshbayev met with faculty members of our university and representatives from partner institutions abroad – Jan Micinski (University of Warmia and Mazury, Poland), Eva Smetanova (Comenius University of Bratislava, Slovakia), and Ahmet Onur Girisgin and Artun Yibar (Uludag University, Türkiye).
The meeting was held within the framework of a project aimed at advancing the agricultural sector. Its goal is to foster the exchange of experience and expertise, as well as to expand opportunities for collaboration between the three universities. Participants noted that the Kostanay region is undergoing rapid development, including in the agricultural sphere. For this reason, new international projects are highly relevant to the region.
This autumn, researchers from Türkiye, Slovakia, and Poland will share their knowledge and practical expertise with colleagues at the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences at Baitursynuly University. This will pave the way for further joint research and educational initiatives.
