1. Document on general secondary education (original and one copy)
2. 6 photos 3x4
3. medical certificate in the form 075/y (original and one copy)
4. Copy of the preventive vaccination card in the form 065/y and (or) 063/y
5. Three copies of the identity document
6. Two copies of the results of the UNT (appropriate combinations of profile subjects with threshold levels)

In addition to the UNT certificate, applicants submit an international certificate confirming the level of foreign language proficiency - TOEFL iBT / iBT Paper Edition / Home Edition / MyBest Scores - 70, IELTS - 5.5.
