The legacy of Tleof Lives on

The kind initiative of the family of Ramazan Tleof, whose name is forever recorded in the history of agronomy in our region, continues to thrive. This year, the relatives of the agronomist and social activist covered half of the tuition fees for a second-year student of the Agronomy program, Konstantin Pukhliy at Baitursynuly University.

This marks the fourth student who received financial support from the Tleofs.

"Our father dedicated a great deal of time, effort, and knowledge to his native land," the agronomist’s daughter, Gulnara Tleof says. "We want his legacy to live on, so we established grants for young and promising future agronomists."

Konstantin Pukhliy is exactly that kind of student who is talented, active, and proactive. He expressed his gratitude to the Tleofs for the opportunity to study for free of cost during his second semester and promised to contribute to the development of agriculture in our region.

Moreover, within this wonderful tradition, another inspiring trend has emerged. Dinara Anuar, Stanislav Zavorotny, and Alina Sorokina are the previous students supported by the Tleof family have demonstrated outstanding academic achievements and later continued their studies on state-funded scholarships.
