Guest lectures were recently delivered by practicing teachers from the city of Kostanay at the Department of Natural Sciences of the Pedagogical Institute at KRU.
The audience included third- and fourth-year students from the following academic programs: Chemistry-Biology, Biology, and Chemistry.
The practice-oriented event was held under the theme: "The Teaching Profession: Real-World Experience, Challenges, and Prospects."
The goal was to explore current trends in teaching natural sciences and to inspire future educators through the personal experiences of seasoned professionals.

The speakers shared their experience in organizing and conducting school-based scientific research, and in effectively applying modern pedagogical technologies for analysis, experimentation, and visualization in the classroom.
Jacobs Selwyn gave specific examples of how he fosters scientific curiosity and imagination through teaching biology.
Gulmira Konspaeva employs game-based methods and critical thinking strategies when teaching complex chemistry topics in Grades 11–12.
Aliya Nurusheva focuses on the principles and types of differentiation in the design of classroom assignments.
The teachers also emphasized the importance of incorporating AI-powered tools into the learning process.
Students actively engaged in the discussion and communicated openly with the guest speakers. The event proved to be highly productive and inspiring.
