The event was dedicated to the 50th anniversary of the professional career of Vladimir Poezzhalov, Associate Professor at Ahmet Baitursynuly Kostanay Regional University.
The round table brought together faculty members, employers, alumni, and university partners.
The aim of the event was to discuss and summarize 50 years of experience in teaching physics, to explore the development of methodological innovations, and to strengthen cooperation between the department, employers, and graduates.
Participants congratulated the professor and expressed their gratitude, highlighting Vladimir Mikhailovich’s significant contribution to the development of science and student education.
Over the years, long-term partnerships have been established with regional enterprises, highly qualified specialists have been trained, and numerous bachelor’s theses and master’s dissertations have been successfully defended.
The professor and his students have repeatedly won innovation competitions and developed their own projects.
Our graduates are successfully employed, including a PhD holder who completed doctoral studies at L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University.
As a result of the round table, key directions for further development and improvement of educational processes, professional training, and employment were identified.
Plans were outlined to strengthen partnerships, expand the network of professional practice bases, and develop dual education programs.
