At the next meeting of the Academic Council, the results of the outgoing academic year are summed up. The meeting began with honorary awards for employees and teachers who excelled during this academic year. Honorary Diplomas on behalf of the Minister of Science and Higher Education Sayasat Nurbek were awarded to Akbidash Abdirkenev - Acting Associate Professor (Assistant Professor) of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology, Andrey Logvin - Head of the Archaeological Laboratory, Aliya Bugubaeva - Acting Deputy Head of the Science and Commercialization Department, and Tatyana Shumeyko - Acting Associate Professor of the Department of Physics, Mathematics, and Digital Technologies.
Also, Letters of Appreciation on behalf of the Minister were sent to Indira Aitjanova - Specialist of the Department of Science and Commercialization, Zulkya Abilova - Senior Lecturer of the Department of Veterinary Medicine, Bakhyt Baymenov - Research Associate of the Testing Center of the Research Institute of Applied Biotechnology, Madina Khasanova – Secretary of the Academic Council, and Pavel Shevchenko – Research Associate of the Research and Innovation Center of the Research Institute of Applied Biotechnology.
Furthermore, Letters of Appreciation on behalf of Rector Seytbek Kuanyshev were sent to the heads of the Republican subject Olympiads.
Vladimir Tashlykov, the coach of the sports club "Sunkar," received a diploma for the 1st place in volleyball at the regional competition "Student Spring-2023" among universities in the Kostanay region.
Also, Letters of Appreciation on behalf of the Rector were sent to a group of employees for their active participation in promoting the journal "3i: intellect, idea, innovation" in the list of publications recommended by the Committee for Quality Assurance in Science and Higher Education, specifically for the pedagogical section of the journal.
A group of students and a safety engineer were also awarded Letters of Appreciation for their active participation in extinguishing a fire, rescuing people, and demonstrating courage, composure, and professionalism during a fire in February 2023.
