KAZAKHSTAN AND AZERBAIJAN BECAME CLOSER

Today, an international scientific and practical conference on the topic of "Interethnic relations. Solving problematic issues in different countries" took place within the walls of A. Baitursynov KRU, which is organized within the framework of the Day of Azerbaijani Culture in Kazakhstan and the 100th anniversary of the leader of the fraternal country, Heydar Aliyev. Conference participants voiced perspectives on interaction, scientific and cultural cooperation between the two countries.

Conference guests - Deputy Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan to Kazakhstan Rovshan Kyazimov, Chairman of the Public Association "Azerbaijani community of Kostanay region" "Bіrlіk" Rafael Gadzhibalaev, professor of the journalism department of Baku Slavic University Shelale Hasanova, and others.

During the conference, a memorandum of cooperation in the field of science and education was signed between A. Baitursynov Kostanay Regional University, Baku State University, Baku Slavic University, and the scientific-expert group of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan of the Kostanay region. The agreement provides for joint scientific projects, advanced training courses, online courses, seminars, and webinars, as well as exchange of students and teachers within the framework of the academic mobility program.
