For 10 days, the Institute of Continuous Education organized professional development courses for heads of structural units, including vice-rectors, deans and their deputies, heads of departments, and directors of divisions and departments, on the topic "Management in Higher Education: Setting up the Internal Quality System."
The seminar was conducted in an interactive format. Participants actively worked in groups on the development of Standards using ESG and national priorities and objectives.
Theoretical topics covered during the training included "Internal Quality Assurance in the Context of New Regulatory Policies"; "Internal Quality Assurance System: General Model, Principles, and Formation of Quality Assurance Policy"; "General Approaches to Developing Standards and Regulations for Internal Quality Assurance in Kazakhstani Universities."
Course participants also completed practical assignments and defended projects on internal quality assurance standards.
Today, the seminar concluded, and all 80 participants received certificates.
