Today, a solemn ceremony and festive concert dedicated to the Republic Day of Kazakhstan took place at Jastar Saraiy in Kostanay.
As part of the celebration, the Akim of Kostanay Region, Kumar Aksakalov, presented state awards to residents of Kostanay representing various professional fields. Among the awardees was the Rector of Baitursynuly University!
Seitbek Kuanýshbaev, Chairman of the Board – Rector of Kostanay Regional University named after Akhmet Baitursynuly, Candidate and Doctor of Geographical Sciences, member of the Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Kazakhstan, and Deputy of the Kostanay Regional Maslikhat, was honored with the Order of “Qurmet” for his active civic engagement and significant contribution to the development of the region and the country.
