Baitursynuly University Students and Faculty Take Part in National Financial Security Dictation.
This week, students and faculty of Baitursynuly University joined the National Dictation on Financial Security.
FinIQ is an online test consisting of 20 questions designed to assess a person's knowledge of finance, banking services, and fraud protection.
The main goal of the test is to improve the financial literacy of Kazakhstan's citizens. Participation is open to everyone — from schoolchildren to retirees.
Participants are given 25 minutes to complete the test, and results are available immediately after submission.
Those who answer at least 50% of the questions correctly receive a Certificate, while those scoring 80% or higher are awarded a Winner’s Diploma.
Additionally, as explained by representatives of the Department of Economic Investigations of Kostanay Region during a session with university students, the top 10 participants in each region will receive gifts from Halyk Bank.
Following the introduction, students proceeded to the practical part. By scanning a QR code, they accessed the website and attempted the FinIQ test.
Any Kazakhstani citizen can do the same — FinIQ is available until October 20.
