Baitursynuly Kostanay Regional University has officially approved a pivotal strategic document redefining the institution's developmental course – the Innovation Management Concept.
The document spans all key areas of university life, ranging from the academic process and scientific research to digital transformation, the responsible adoption of artificial intelligence tools, and the commercialization of technological developments. The cornerstone of the Concept is establishing a clear, transparent launchpad for initiatives across the board. The proposal submission mechanism is now open to all stakeholders: faculty members, researchers, students, and industry partners. Each idea undergoes independent expert evaluation, phased pilot testing, and comprehensive risk assessment, securing targeted resource support once its practical viability is proven.
However, any strategic framework risks remaining merely on paper unless its vision is shared by the community. For this reason, the rollout of the Concept began with direct engagement with researchers.
The recent meeting with the faculty served as a platform for open dialogue on the university's renewed strategic direction.
