Start with yourself!

Today, Danat Zhumin, Chairman of the Board of Directors, visited Baitursynuly University.

Rector of the Akhmet Baitursynuly University, Seytbek Kuanyshbayev, gave the guest a tour of the university buildings.

Danat Esbolovich visited the physical and chemical research laboratories, equipped with modern high-tech research equipment, familiarized himself with the university's material and technical base, and learned about plans for the further development of the university.

Students at the U. Sultangazin Pedagogical Institute were fortunate to attend a lecture by Danat Zhumin. Our fellow countryman (born in Rudniy), a successful entrepreneur, publicist, political scientist, and, as indicated on the speaker's social media page, "architect and leader of change," shared with the students the latest trends in the global education system and his personal insights.
It was not a lecture, but rather a creative dialogue. "Who has a favorite teacher?" Danat Esbolovich suddenly asked the students and immediately clarified, "What qualities do you consider this teacher to be the best for?"

They agreed that, first and foremost, it was about respect. About the teacher respecting the student and believing in them.

This is what the education system should be based on—giving children self-confidence, helping them build a path to personal success, and developing creative and critical thinking. And even if the system is still far from ideal, every teacher should start with themselves, with their personal attitude toward students, with their individual lessons.

"Teaching is a super cool job if you approach it creatively," concluded the speaker, wishing future teachers every success.

The first day of the visit ended with a meeting with the faculty of KRU. Here, in a free discussion format, educators talked about the role of AI in the education system, how the university should change, and approaches to teaching in it.
