Baitursynuly University students brought medals from the World Cup!
The International Kettlebell Lifting Competition was held from April 26 to 30 in the picturesque resort town of Khanabad (Uzbekistan).
22 participating countries, about 200 athletes. The national team of Kazakhstan included students of the Akhmet Baitursynuly KRU (OP "Physical Education and Sports").
The World Cup is considered one of the main starts for professional athletes. Despite the highest level of competition, our students managed to show the most worthy sports results and win two gold and silver medals.
We congratulate the students and their teachers-coaches of the Department of Theory and Practice of Physical Education and Sports (Oleg Yuryevich Komarov and Rauan Kurmangalievich Batyrbaev! We are proud of our champions!
