Zhandarbek Malibekovich is an honored figure of the Republic of Kazakhstan and a professor. He met with the people of Kostanay on the eve of State Symbols Day.
As noted by Aibek Shalimbekov, professor at the Department of History of Kazakhstan, during an interesting conversation, topics such as the significance of state symbols, national identity and patriotism, as well as issues of upbringing and artistic and aesthetic education were discussed.
