Fourth-year students of the Faculty of Economics and Law at Baitursynuly University are successfully continuing their studies in Lithuania.
Baitursynuly University, in partnership with Vytautas Magnus University (Kaunas, Lithuania), is implementing a dual-degree educational program in "Accounting and Auditing" (6B04103).
This forward-looking program opens new horizons for future professionals in the field of accounting and auditing, combining solid theoretical knowledge with hands-on international experience.
The students shared their impressions of studying abroad.
"All classes are conducted in English," says Akanseri Yeshan. "There’s a strong emphasis on independent work. Instead of traditional lectures, instructors guide us, give us analytical tasks, and assign research projects."
"I've already made friends from Kazakhstan, Europe, Africa, and America. We explore the historic city of Kaunas together — it’s very beautiful. We celebrate holidays as a group. My roommate in the dorm is from India, and it’s fascinating to learn about his culture."
Student Tomiris Raisova adds:
"What I really appreciate is the focus on practical lessons and group projects in accounting and finance. It really helps us grasp the finer points of our profession."
