March 1 marks the 30th anniversary of the signing of the Decree of the Head of State on the formation of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan. In anticipation of this significant date, a round table on the “History and Activities of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan” was held at Baitursynuly University.
The event took place at the U. Sultangazin Pedagogical Institute. The round table participants were greeted by the projector for social and educational work of the KRU Nurlykhan Temirbekov, the director of the Pedagogical Institute Kenzhegul Esirkepova and the head of the KSU "Kogamdyk Kelisim" Natalia Ramazanova.
The roundtable participants, including scientists, public figures and journalists, discussed various aspects of the ANC's activities, its contribution to strengthening accord and national unity. The speakers emphasized that the Assembly is a unique institution that has no analogues in the world.
They also talked about the new stage of development of the ANC, which is characterized by the transition from reforming political institutions and public administration to reforming society itself, the system of values and public consciousness.
