APK: Unity in Diversity

Following the 30th anniversary of APK at Baitursynuly University, a roundtable discussion on “Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan: From its Origins to the Present” was held.

The event organized by the Faculty of Social and Humanities Sciences at KRU brought together faculty members, ethnocultural associations representatives, scientific experts of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan, as well as students.

In his opening remarks, Nurlykhan Temirbekov, Vice-Rector for Social and Educational Work, noted that over the past 30 years, APK has served as the foundation for social consensus and unity. Thanks to the Assembly, the country successfully navigated complex socio-economic and political transformations and contributed to independent Kazakhstan.

Natalia Ramazanova, Head of the Baitursynuly University's "Public Council" (“Қоғамдық келісім”), Professor Kalkaman Zhakyp, Professor Denis Kacheev of the Chelyabinsk State University's Kostanay branch, as well as Serikzhan Ismailov, the Head of the Department of Social and Humanities Sciences all delivered зresentations on historical milestones, current trends, and future prospects for the development of APK.
