After the merger of the two Universities, it turned out that the former KSPU named after 6 places of the Presidential Scholarship were not allocated to Sultangazin. On August 24, 2020, the Scholarship Commission held a meeting on the allocation of these 6 places. Students of the former KSU participated in the competition. Baitursynova had not previously passed the Presidential Scholarship competition. There were 6 such students. By the decision of the Scholarship Commission, these six places were awarded to these six students. Congratulations to them on receiving the Presidential Scholarship for the second half of the 2020 calendar year.
